Product Review: Good Day Soju (Blueberry-Flavored)

I'm a huge fan of things Korean esp. food. Well, it goes the same with their booze particularly Soju. My Korean friends even taught me So-Maek,. A combination of Soju (Korean Wine) and Maekju (Beer). Interestingly, the result is similar to Red Horse. There are times when I would purposely buy Soju for personal consumption as it is said to help in digestion esp. when eating lots of meat (no wonder, eating lots of Samgyupsal is best paired with Soju).

A week ago while doing some grocery shopping, I came upon this new kind of Soju. It was uncommon to have falvored Sojuand so I decided to try it out. There was another flavor available, Peach, but I chose the Blueberry one since I love anything that contains Blueberries.

Initially, I thought of it as something that is better than the ordinary one. But as I had more of it, it kind of sinked in that my taste buds preferred the ordinary one. Apparently, the Soju's sweet taste deterred me from making me high praises for it. But, it was a good thing I tried it. At least I got to realize that the ordinary Soju was better for me. Soju will always be included in my list of favorite alcoholic beverages. Anyeong! 😎
