I frequently see this place when I pass by the road going to SUMC. I really like the cute vibe this place has. Yesterday, I got to visit it and try their food.
The interior was beautiful as well and it's really worth noting that the server was doing a great job - she was prompt in giving me water as soon as I took my seat and was very courteous. Additionally, when my order arrived, I asked for hot sauce and she even went the extra mile to offer their special spicy vinegar (more on this later).
I ordered the Burger Steak meal (118php) that comes with a free Iced Tea. Although I opted for bottled water for a healthier option. Here are some snaps of their available food:
It was piping hot when my food arrived and the server advised me to try their vinegar it was indeed spicy and I really liked it. It can be comparable to the popular 'Pinakurat' of Iligan City.
The meal came with two pieces of burger patties, an egg, and rice. The burger patty had a sweet hint to it - perhaps this is the establishment's take in adapting to the Filipino palate. Honestly, the food wasn't bad but (somehow) my senses tell me I had better. Maybe I'm just not used to sweet patties. Anyhow, it's still food (God's blessing) and it's meant to be consumed.
Here are some things I really liked about my experience: > prompt and courteous service > beautiful exterior and interior > clean restroom
Still, it was a good experience. And there are still a lot of other food options I could try. Who knows, I might be back sooner or later. FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/hungrybites3duma/
