Product Review: Maggi Kari Letup (Malaysia)

It was when I was in high school that I got to first try this variety of noodles from Malaysia. I really love its aromatic curry flavor. It's not easy to find. But from then on, I always made sure to buy some packs for personal consumption esp. when I get the chance (from online sellers or Malaysian stores).

I was lucky enough to discover an online seller from Dumaguete that sold a spicier kind of what I usually had. I ordered 2 packs at 60 php each. Honestly, it was a bit pricey since I knew it was twice as much as its regular price. But for the love of this noodles, I ordered anyway.

One thing I really like about this noodles is that you only need around 450ml of hot water and it would be ready to eat in 2 minutes. It's really convenient.

The pack includes a block of noodles and a sachet of curry-seasoned powder.

This variety is marketed to be 2x spicier than the regular one... and it is indeed spicier! The picture may look unappetizing since I left the bowl for more than 10 minutes which caused the noodles to absorb most of the soup. Nevertheless, the noodles still tasted great and the spice level was on point.

I highly recommend to try this product out if ever it's available in your area. For me, this is one of the best instant noodles that you could have. 😉

If you guys know of other instant noodles that I you think I should try, please send me a message. Thanks. 😁
