It's been months that I've been planning to visit Bacolod. Fortunately, I was able to get the registration of my motorbike a few weeks earlier. Since I was really itching for a solo ride, I knew I had to satisfy my desire. After all, I also needed to take a break from the monotony of work.
One thing I needed to look for was a place to stay. With the help of Facebook, I found Khokoon Inn. I inquired a day before my scheduled trip and was happy to know that they had an available room for 900php (this was music to my ears since I'm a budget traveler 😂)
I arrived at the Inn at around 11:00 am. The staff was very warm and accommodating and said that the room will be available at 12:00 nn. I paid the amount and told the staff that i'll just take a quick lunch and will be back soon after. She then offered to text me when the room is ready (now this is good customer service 👍).
While having lunch, I received her text. After finishing lunch, I came back to the Inn for a needed nap (I left home at 5:00 am and was a bit exhausted from driving).
Khokoon Inn exceeded my expectations:
