Salt and Pepper PH (Dumaguete)

Last Monday, I had to run some errands in Dumaguete. And since I finished them close to lunch time, I knew I had to have my meal in some place. My initial plan was to go to Dad's Gastro Park where Uno's Smokehouse BBQ was located. I've been craving to try their ribs for quite some time now and having it is at the top of my where-to-eat list. So I drove to the place but alas... I discovered that they were close on Mondays. And so I drove back to the city to find an alternative place. Taking the Hibbard Avenue route, I chanced upon Salt and Pepper PH. I thought the place was cozy and homey so I decided to have my lunch here.

Just as I thought, the place was nice and comfortable. The place wasn't crowded which is a plus for me. The interiors and the decors were really timely (at least for me).

Their menu was extensive. But since I wanted a simple and light meal, I ordered their Chilli Cheese Burger. While waiting for my order, I made sure to chill and grabbed a bottle of beer since the weather was hot and humid.

When my order came, I took a snapshot as a memento of my visit to this place. The potato wedges were savory and on point. The burger could've been spicier to my liking. Anyway, there prices are reasonable so this place is really a welcome alternative for budget-conscious foodies. The Chilli Cheese Burger costs 130php while the Red Horse Stallion costs 50php. In total, I just paid 180php for a satisfying meal. Plus, they serve coffee and alcohol - it's really a cool place to bond with friends.

With all these said, Salt and Pepper is a good place to unwind and relax. Next time, I'll try their coffee and see if it is to my preference. ^_^ Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/saltandpepper035/
